With Jaden's background in staging and cleaning, we will often prepare homes for market ourselves with the help of some of our trusted professionals.

We have spent the entirety of our careers in the area and have become very in tune with our market. We are both locals and have grown up in Wellington County all of our lives. Aaron spent most of his childhood exploringthe village of Eden Mills, while Jaden was born and raised downtown Guelph. We love our community and supporting our neighbours. One of our favourite ways to give back is by highlighting local businesses and artists. Aaron has been involved in Guelph's community in various ways throughout the past three decades, whether it's sales, music or coffee, you have likely run into him. He puts an added emphasis on supporting local by getting to know each and every business owner, no matter the place. He also loves to support up and coming musicians and artists, giving them a platform through his "Just Folking Around" initiative. Jaden also has her roots in the Guelph community. She began hercareer managing and assisting her family'slong standing localbusinesses. Her husband owns a renovation company with focus on large scale home improvement, allowing a little more insight into the ins and outs of homes. In Jaden's down time, you can find her hosting at her short-term rental, fixing up her home and gardens or cuddling up with her two big dogs. We began this partnership based on like-minded values and ideas. We love what we do because of the people who give us the opportunity to do it, our clients are our neighbours and we always want them to feel that way!
